Harriet Felt Two-faced

Harriet felt dishonest. In between sobs and attempts to regain her composure, she confessed her weariness from acting like her faith was fine when it was not.

For a while Harriet’s two-faced faith was able to fool her Sunday friends but she could not fool her conscience. Her dishonesty was poisoning her heart and she knew it all to well.

Faith cannot survive secrecy, insecurity, pride, or the inability to be open and honest. If you want to know what it means to have a faith that is HONEST, ETHICAL and HEALTHY, watch for my next blog.

Note: Harriet is not her real name.
