Purpose and Faith

Happy with where you’re headed?

Most Americans are not. They don’t like where they are headed. A Gallup poll revealed that 70% of US workers don’t feel they are reaching their potential. Are you headed in the right direction?

A worthwhile purpose is more valuable than great success at a meaningless purpose. Albert Einstein made it clear, “Perfection of means and confusion of ends seem to characterize our age.”

If we want a healthy life and spirit, we need to know God’s primary purpose for us so we can test our beliefs, efforts and plans. The Bible teaches us that our most important purpose in life is to bring glory to God. All the other purposes God has for us are built on this single foundational purpose.

Paul the great missionary and highly respected Jewish and Christian theologian made it clear, “Everything comes from God alone. Everything lives by his power, and everything is for his glory.” Romans 11:36 LB.

Are you working harder on the accomplishing your goals or being sure you are seeking to reach God’s goals for you?
