Be Careful. Some Faith Doesn’t Work

Faith is not just thinking, believing, feeling, hoping, or deciding. For faith to make a difference in our lives, it must include what we do. Throughout the Bible, faith without action is considered useless, unhealthy, or dead. James 2:17 CEV.

Everyone has some kind of faith, but if your faith is not effective, it’s not healthy. You don’t need more of your ineffective faith. You need a different kind of faith. One of America’s most respected and highly recognized pastors, Harry Emerson Fosdick, wrote, “The question is not whether or not we shall live by faith. The question is—by what faith shall we live?”  What one word best describes your faith?
